O’Shaquie Foster pulled a move on Saturday night when he gave Ray Ford a post-clinch push that resulted in the challenger exiting the ring by force. Well, kind of.
At the time, I thought it was a display of dominance by Foster, who gave a mini-shove to show he was the physical boss. He didn’t, however, intend to propel Ford out of the ring, with Eddie Hearn waiting to catch him.
Others have seen it differently, saying Foster should’ve been docked a point or even disqualified?! I’ve seen far more egregious shoves over the years. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt on this one.
