As is often the case in boxing, it seems like Haney/Loma is being made at just the right time... Loma is still highly skilled but just like Usyk I feel he's one or two fights away from retiring. He doesn't seem the type to hang around and take beatings from up and coming talent so I think he'll retire whilst he's still at a decent level. Haney by points, sending Loma into retirement (unless they can free a belt up for a fight with Tank...)
Interesting. I'm hearing a lot of Loma love this week and it was starting to sway me. But given his age, looong amateur career and a few injuries and operations, he must be coming to the end. As a proud fighter you'd think he will bow out at the top, while still competitive.
Ha! Very true. I'm actually looking forward to the fight but between not going down to Dublin for it, not writing about it and nearly forgetting to preview it on the pod...you wouldn't think so :-)
Coriaceous - I'll be robbing that thank you very much!
Haha, you mad man! Love it.

Also noticed no mention of Taylor/Cameron :D
